Art
Supply List Fall 2021
- Sketchbook (spiral bound will hold up the best, 9x12 inch or about the size of a sheet of printer paper or slightly larger. This should have 60 or more white pages for 7th and 8th graders. MIXED MEDIA, heavy paper to support paint.
- Sharpened Pencils (#2 pencils are fine, but I recommend a set of 4-6 graphite/drawing
pencils with different hardness of pencils, ex: 4H, H, a 4B, and HB etc.), sharpener-small hand held pencil sharpener
- 4 Black Sharpies- 2 Fine Tip, 2 Extra (or ULTRA) Fine Tip
A further note regarding materials:
Dear Parents, Guardians, and Students,
Art materials can be expensive and I understand if you can’t afford the suggested materials. PLEASE let me know at hfallon@kgcs.k12.va.us if you can not minimally provide paper (if you can’t get the sketchbook, honestly any type of paper will do--printer paper, notebook paper, junk mail envelopes, cardboard (such as delivery boxes, the inside of a cereal/granola bar/frozen meal box) and regular #2 pencils. I can modify any project to suit the materials you have on hand or set up a pick up for you to get your student what they need!!
Thanks, Mrs. Fallon
